What is SPEO?

SPEO is a non-profit organization whose members are dedicated to mentoring local minority- and women-owned business enterprise (MBE/WBE) firms in Southwestern Pennsylvania and providing networking and subconsulting opportunities to them.

Membership

Join SPEO and help us to mentor and network with minority- and women-owned businesses in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Choose one of our membership levels:

Mentor Firms – Small to Large Engineering Firms and Consultants
Protégé Firms – MBE/WBE companies
Associate/Agency Firms – Government agencies and authorities (or other types of firms who have an interest in supporting our organization)
